We are incredibly excited to announce our latest major partnership in the lettings industry with renowned estate agent, Andrews.

Founded in 1946, Andrews now operates with more than 50 branches, meaning that few agents rival their experience and reach within the UK market.

But Andrews’ proud history goes beyond sales and lettings, as they are the only UK estate agent owned by a charitable trust, donating over £10 million in agency profits to charities and social enterprises around the world.

Each year, a guaranteed proportion of their yearly profits is allocated to the Andrews Charitable Trust. This trust primarily focuses on addressing the challenging issues related to housing and poverty on both a national and global level.

Combatting issues in the rental industry

With flatfair Deposits, Andrews will be able to offer their customers both traditional deposits and flatfair’s No Deposit solution at 45 of their UK branches. Which means their customers are always presented with the choice of a traditional deposit or flatfair No Deposit.

This provides an invaluable choice for thousands of their tenants to save on upfront move-in costs while doubling their landlord’s protection for up to 10 weeks.
