The stand is booked, the brochures are ready and Ben’s hair is coiffed. The flatfair team is officially ready for this year’s The Negotiator Conference and Expo – the property industry networking event that’s not to be missed.

Held at London’s five-star Grosvenor House on Friday 30 November, flatfair will be one of over 50 exhibitors poised to speak to over 400 delegates who have travelled from all across the country.

Designed primarily for owners, principals and senior directors and managers who are key decision-makers, it’s the essential date on the calendar for progressive residential estate and letting agents who take business development seriously – just like we do at flatfair.

Taking up residence at stand 58 in the Great Room, flatfair’s Partnerships Managers, Adam Ali and Ben Yexley, will be on hand to discuss all things flatfair, including potential collaborations and partnerships – and they can’t wait to get stuck in.

“This is a great chance for us to tell those who don’t know about flatfair what it’s all about and how we can work together, but also to meet up with some of our established partners who we enjoy working with,” says Adam.

But that’s not all. The Ballroom will play host to the main conference, with a plethora of presentations and debates by top industry leaders and experts around the theme of ‘Changes, Challenges, Choices’. Special guest speakers include BBC Radio 4’s Justin Webb, and former UK ambassador to the EU, Sir Ivan Rogers KCMG.

“Agents are being faced with a future full of change, but also opportunity,” says Ben.

“flatfair is adapting and improving the traditional business model of tenancy deposits – and the conference is a brilliant way to show agents what a positive impact this can have on their companies.”

Whether you’re a fellow exhibitor or a potential partner, we can’t wait to see you there.
